Ninja Warrior Youth OCR Training Program - 9/18 to 10/20

Do you love Ninja Warrior? What about mud? How about obstacles?? Maybe you LOVE to compete with others? This program is for YOU! Tardigrade Obstacle Course Racing and Mid-Shore Martial Arts have teamed up to offer the ultimate youth obstacle training program! Put away those video games and be active! Kids need to run, jump, climb, and get muddy! Learn how to work hard, push past your limits, conquer fears, and accomplish your goals! Work on building teamwork and comradery in a fun, welcoming environment. For our older racers, learn how to compete from an experienced OCR athlete. Significant Family Discounts and Adult Training Opportunities available!!!! The program will end with the Fall Youth Obstacle Race at the Tardigrade on October 20th at 2:00 pm. Race registration is included with this program!! Both competitive and fun waves available, and all participants will receive a medal. Participants will also have the opportunity to join the group at the Spartan Kids Race on October 28th! (Please note that registration for Spartan Kids is a separate fee.)

TRAINING SCHEDULE*:

Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30 pm – Open Course Group Training at the Tardigrade Obstacle Course in Cordova

Thursdays at 5:30-6:30 pm – Obstacle training session with Elite OCR Athlete Matt Lister at the Tardigrade Course in Cordova

Fridays at 6:00-7:00 pm - Cross Training with Head Instructor John Givens at Mid-Shore Martial Arts in Easton

*Do your other sports and schedules conflict with these times?? No worries! Come to the classes on the days that you are available, and then enjoy FULL ACCESS to the Tardigrade Course to train during the program dates (by appointment).

FEES:

$65.00/participant

Family discount for multiple children - $25.00 for each additional child

Family discount with an adult in OCR Training - $25.00 for each child with paid adult
